On January 21, 2012, I order the Pink Pampered Pet Stroller & Jogger for Small Dogs and Cats from Cavalier Wholesale through Amazon. My credit card was charged on the 22nd and I was notified by Cavalier that my item had shipped via Fedex. Every time I checked the tracking number, Fedex's website stated that the shipment had been initialized, but nothing further. Since my estimated delivery date was, at the latest 1/31/12, I decided to wait before notifying the company thinking this could just be a hiccup on Fedex's end. Well, the 31st passed, and on February 1st and 2nd I contacted the seller asking, "Where's my stuff?" No response. Finally I filed a complaint with Amazon, who in turn contacted the seller. Then, the seller sent me this message: "we are out of this color, is pink grid OK for you?" I've since checked and they are still showing this item as "In Stock."

I responded by asking a couple of questions. "Why are you asking me this now?" "Why no communication from your company until Amazon contacted you?" "Why did you charge my credit card & advise shipment had taken place, when in fact you were unable to fulfill the order?" "If I accept this color, when will it ship and how long will I wait for receipt?" Needless to say, I haven't heard back from them at all.
I am confident that Amazon will ensure I am refunded. However, Cavalier Wholesale is a highly rated company on Amazon. I would not have ordered from them otherwise. Obviously something is going on with their company and I don't want anyone else to automatically assume ordering from them is a safe bet.

I ordered a portable washing machine for my mom through Amazon, I never had any problems with any purchase from them until this ! Cavalier Wholesale send me a FedEx tracking says a shipment has been created and no further info, I wait and wait until pass the estimate deliver date and I start read all the review online about Cavalier Wholesale and realize I wish I have done my homework before drop $300 to a fraud company and I contact Amazon and I receive two emails from Cavalier whole, the first one from a person called Pierce to apologize and offer me some refund if I give good review on Amazon about Cavalier Wholesale and after I respond back he wrote to me again says according to his company that the washing machine has been delivered! I wrote him back and give him the FedEx tracking and tell him to check himself and He never write me back . Finally I called Amazon to complain and Amazon contact Cavalier Whole and they said the machine was delivered but with a different FedEx tracking! totally fraud . Amazon have promised me to investing and will refund my money . We shall see how this going ! I still trust Amazon but they really really need to do some research about their seller very carefully !

We purchased a washer unit form Cavalier and it arrived damaged. Cavalier is refusing to send a return label and Amazon is continuing to allow these frauds to operate on their website site eroding customer trust, and proof that Jeff Bezos is a terrible CEO. Now - if Amazon or Cavalier would like to rectify this issue - we would gladly appreciate it. Otherwise take note people - Amazon and Cavalier are proof that online stores are deceptive, fraudulent, and the reason why America is going down the drain.

I have had a similar experience with Cavalier. I ordered a pet play yard on July 22!and received a confirmation the following day. But then nothing ever shipped. Amazon sent me an email a week later stating that my credit card has not been charged because nothing has been shipped so I sent a cancellation request to Cavalier. They contacted me a few days later and informed me that I could not cancel because the Oder had been processed. Well, it is now another week later and the item still has not shipped. So I sit in limbo...I can't order the product from a different company because I don't know if Cavalier will finally get their act together and ship what I ordered. I complained to Amazon about all this but they won't get involved since I have not been charged. I have serious doubts about ordering off of Amazon any more .

I recently ordered a pet stroller from Cavalier (4 wheels) on April 27, 2015 and it actually shipped April 29, 2015 (I needed this by May 15). I received this May 4, 2015 - the WRONG product. I contacted them immediately (May 4) asking for a return label (through Amazon). I waited for the label and they sent me an email on May 5, 2015 requesting "pictures so we are able to assist you with further understanding". Seriously - pictures of the wrong product that they sent me! I even stated that I didn't want a refund - just the correct product. I sent the picture on May 5, 2015. They replied on May 6, 2015 letting me know they "will be sending you a prepaid label shortly" and I replied asking WHEN will they send the labels. They replied "return labels take 24-48hrs to process and receive". Seriously? If you run a warehouse - this is something that should be done asap! I got my return label on May 7, 2015 at 6PM. I retuned the wrong product on May 8, 2015 and sent them the tracking number and let them know it was in transit on May 11, 2015. I also let them know how important it was for me to receive the correct product by Friday, May 15. On May 12 I received an email stating they requested for my item to be re-shipped asap. I replied (same day) and asked if I would have on time. They replied that it should be shipped out "later today or tomorrow morning". On May 13, 2015 I asked for a tracking number because I hadn't received notice it had been shipped. She sent me a tracking number on the same day and to this day, May 18, 2015 the item has not left the warehouse! I DO NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING FROM THIS COMPANY! I would also recommend that Amazon stop recommending this company.

I was about to buy a freezer from these creeps. Thanks to all for posting your experience. Any seller can earn kudos from customers, but only the worst can earn comments like these.

I paid for a massage chair and received a shipped email. After the second day of late delivery date estimated, I sent Cavalier Wholesale an email asking the where about of my chair and if I can have a tracking number if available. There was no response from them. On the third day I sent them another email and received an email from the sender name Alice saying that the item has shipped and included a tracking number in which turned out it was a FAKE tracking number. I immediately contacted Amazon and instructed to file a claim after end of the third day of not receiving the chair. This is the first time it has happened to me in 15 years of shopping on Amazon. Cavalier Wholesale is a dishonest and shrewd business in which I will never do business with them again. Please stay far away from Cavalier Wholesale

I had some of the same experiences with Cavalier Wholesale through Amazon.com. I paid for my item, I rec'd an e-mail saying item had shipped & I even got a tracking #. Cavalier Wholesale must have realized an error in pricing b/c next thing I knew I got an email saying the item was out of stock. That was a LIE. How do I know price was an error? Item shows as IN stock, but at much higher price. Cavalier Wholesale refused to honor sale and sent bogus info re shipment. At least I got my refund promptly, but Amazon did not comment or take action on reporting of unscrupulous, dishonest and unprofessional conduct of this merchant. Nor can you leave feedback re merchants through Amazon, only re goods. Very very frustrating.

I wish I had read these before purchasing through this company on Amazon. As a pet owner, the complaint from @petlover2014 really shook me up. That is so tragic. I recently purchased a chair from Cavalier Wholesale on Amazon.com. It was a standard office chair which looks nice in the photo. Nothing flashy, but a decent chair. It took me almost an hour to assemble and two people to do it. IT"S A CHAIR! A basic chair should not be that hard to assemble. When I finished I noticed that the screws had pushed through the mesh backing of the chair thus sticking out and into your back when you sit on it (and I didn't even tighten them all the way); the seat is slanted downwards, so you cannot sit in it without sliding off it constantly, it is not as high as it claims to be in the measurements online. I contacted Amazon about returning this and got a return slip stating I could return it but would have to pay the shipping costs (which will easily be more than the chair as it's quite heavy) and that it had to be returned by a set date which is PRIOR to the date I actually received the item!

@ Pet lover2014 I'm so very sorry to read about your dog, my heart goes out to you and your family. I'd like to thank you and the several other people who posted their experiences with Cavalier Wholesale, you may have saved one of my cats from suffering an injury or at the very least a huge hassle for me. I was in the process of purchasing two large cat towers for my three cats and decided to research reviews regarding Cavalier Wholesale. I can't understand why Amazon continues selling there products! I do a lot of shopping through Amazon, reading all of these complaints and horror stories makes me think twice about continuing to do business with Amazon. They are obviously aware of all the complaints from their customers!

I purchased a 36 inch professional dog cage for my 4 year and a few month old Akita sold by cavalier wholesale on December 25 2012 for my female. I was told this was a great product when I called about it and it was designed especially for large breed dogs. On may 16th my female Akita bent the bars to this cage that I was told was designed to house the breed and she put her head thru the bars and got her head caught between the bars which caused her death. I contacted the seller and spoke to someone who identified himself as mike. He was the most rudest man I have ever spoken to. When I was telling him about what had happen, one to advise him what this product was capable of. He cut me off to make a statement that the dog should have known better. The last time I looked when a customer purchases a product they definately are not buying something in the hopes of the ending being death. I will not go into all the pain this has caused my family. But I hope that you think second about buying anything from a company that has no compassion about product they have sold that resulted in death. If I see the name cavalier on any product not only will I not purchase it I will tell anyone who will listen to do the same. The pain this product has caused I wouldn't wish it on anyone not even that man name mike at cavalier who refused to give his last name stating he doesnt have one. I hope one day his action are felt perhaps in the disappearance in the market of providing consumer services.

I also have been having this problem with this company. I ordered a cat condo tree from them on March 24, 2013. I rec'd a tracking number the next day telling me delivery would be between 3/28-4/02. The tracking number continues to say in transit but UPS says the company manifested the package but never shipped it. I wrote an email to them through Amazon but haven't heard beck. There is no phone number to contact them and I'm truly frustrated. I spent over $50.00 s/h for a $54.00 product ...ridiculous and now I can't even get someone to call me. Why does Amazon continue to use this seller? What does that say about them?

I too have had terrible customer service from them. First they sent the wrong stroller then refused to pay to have it shipped back. Yes Amazon refunded me shipping fee's but the transaction left on a sour note. I ordered another stroller is a cheaper, flimsy repro of the old classic. Tin frame, cheap flimsy fbric. It broke on the 3 use now they refuse to take it back & refund me because it was used! How the heck else will anyone know it is junk?

If you bought through Amazon, contact Amazon customer service. They can cancel the order.
If not, keep calling and demand they cancel it.
I didn't have the time and patience to pursue it, plus I got a refund through Amazon, but, depending on the shipping method, the local postal inspector would be interested in their business practices. The postal inspectors don't mess around.

This company did the same thing to me 10/15/12. charged my card, sent me a shipping notice and a tracking number, then called and said they did not have it after charging my card. Tried to call and can't get thru to anyone. I want to cancel order already and don't want to wait it out as I don't trust them at this point.

Made a purchase from Cavalier Wholesale through Amazon on April 6the. They charged thee entire amount of thee purchase price on April 10the. They then sent a fake FedEx shipping notice.
On April 13the I received a voice mail from Cavalier Wholesale stating they did not have thee item in stock.
I called them back and they told me I could accept a substitute item or wait for more to arrive.
I declined and asked for a refund, as they already charged me.

I have reported Cavalier Wholesale to Amazon for multiple violations-
1. Charging for an item they don't posses.
2. Sending a fake shipping notice
3. Contact outside Amazon.

We'll see how it turns out.
