Delivered 12/24/2021 and on 12/26/2021 the reclining mechanism broke on one side. The other end side started to loosen and became wobbly with recliner now being hard to put back down. After many calls a service person came into and a new frame was ordered. It was finally replaced a month or so later. Within a month of the frame replacement it became loose again. After several calls a service person came out and another frame was ordered. About 6 weeks later that frame was replaced. Before the second frame replacement was done the opposite side of the sectional started with the same issue. We are waiting for confirmation of service call being placed. We have not even had this sofa a year and have all these ongoing problems.
