In November 2022, I ordered (6) t-shirts (11/3/22) in the amount of $159.99. I'm sorry, Order #K8852564. This amount was debited from my checking account on November 9, 2022.
Then on December 5, 2022, there was a debit amount of $16.95 for a "Recurring Payment authorization" from your company. What was that for? I didn't authorize any recurring payment for anything.
On January 4, 2023, another "Recurring Payment authorization" was debited from my account in the amount of $16.95. Again, not authorized.
On February 3, 2023, there's another "Recurring Payment authorization" in the amount of $18.15. Again, not authorized.
Now, on March 6, 2023, my statement shows a debit charge for a 'Purchase PGI Favorite in the amount of $18.15. I have made NO purchases since Nov. 2022.
Desired outcome: Reverse these charges, or I will have to contact my bank and make a formal complaint to them. I'd appreciate a response from you quickly.
