I am a former employee of Castlebranch. While I was working there, I had to record my body temperature twice daily to stay compliant with the regulations and precautions set by the company in efforts to control and lessen the spread of Covid-19. Happily, did so until I left the company at the end of September 2020. I have continued to receive multiple emails daily prompting me to enter my temperature. I have called to request that I be removed from this feature 3 times as I have not been an employee with Castlebranch for a year and a half now. Each time I have been assured that a request has been placed with the team who handles this portion of the company, and this activity will cease. It has not. For Castlebranch to continuously ignore the requests of former employees, I think it is safe to assume that they are ignoring many of the requests and needs of their consumers, who are university students and administrators and hospital staff and employers screening potential hires, as well. This activity is a nuisance and the negligence of the company to their consumers should be amended with the highest priority, as the service offered by the company is to provided background checks for universities and employers looking to hire credible applicants.

Desired outcome: I would like the prompts to cease for myself personally, and for the company as a whole to take more responsibiltiy with how theytreat their consumers and former employees.
