Cashisking review: Fascia and soffit fix

Nicky Dubois took me for a run! He got a hold of my kijiji ad and said send pics and ill provide quote - and he did but then he says he needs to come by to get measurements and a final quote when he sees the work- he comes in a car not even the driver of the car 🤣 he then states job is gonna be 1600 or so as it needs more work. I asked him for his general liability insurance and he said yes he has it and will email it to me. I e-transfered him 250 while he was in my driveway as he asked for deposit as he is wary on ppl screwing him over for a job. He never provided insurance and will not give my deposit back.
