i mailed 27 loose diamonds to this company with a fedex label that they sent to me. two weeks out after leaving a message that i would file a complaint with the attorney general in my state, i finally got a call back. until that time, no customer service rep was ever available, no one returned my calls, or my email. the man that i talked to today refused to give me his name and said i better stop threatening them. he said i had a check sent out to me on the 20th of july, today is the 22, he gave me a check number but refused to tell me what the check amount was for. there are plenty of similar complaints on their website, cashforgoldusa.com but i did not see anything re: cash for diamonds. some of the complaints stated that items valued much greater by local jewelers were bought by this company for as little as .52 got a feeling i have had these diamonds stolen from me. and would bet the check will not be what i should expect. i had these diamonds appraised before. this seems to be the way this company operates. i will write another complaint letter for this company after i get this check that supposedly went out two days ago
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
i've been waiting for a fedex package from Cashfordiamondsusa.com to come in so i can mail my loose diamonds to them to get cash back, but haven't seen it yet and it should have arrived by now. The other thing is that I tried calling them from an email they sent me with a number and that number is not in service - then i tried calling the toll free number listed on their home page and they said all of their agents were busy to leave a number and contact name, but it sounds to me like a voicemail type of set-up and i'm not comfortable with that. It isn't professional enough to me to work with them at this time - and i'm not comfortable sending my diamonds now. I don't know if "jarheadbrat" ever received her check, because she didn't post her final result what happened.
