This company has been a total inconvenience for our Company. They mail out their statements giving you (7) days to return the payment. In one instance I was given (1) day to make a payment. I called them about this and I was still charged a $75.00 late fee. I disputed this charge & finally they gave us a credit. The statements that they send out make no sense and when you call them about it, they tell you not to worry about it. I closed the account yesterday with a -$29.70 balance and they refuse to refund our money. All they tell me that this is company policy. What if this was their personal money!
Do not do business with this Company it is not worth the headache.

I got a business m/c and charged about $25.00. I never got a bill by mail or email. I called them for weeks and could not get through. when I looked on the portal I did not see a bill. I called someone in the Fuelman department to have them give me a call. I got a call and now they say I owe them almost $500.00. This will bring my credit down. This is a nightmare! When I finally spoke with someone at the Casey's company they said I did not get my bill by mail and I said you should have emailed me a bill. the lady said they did not have my email. When I filled out my application I hade to use my email. Casey's business gas card is the worst . This company will kill your company. Something has to be done. I will contact the FTC and BBB to start. My business score has went down because of this company. Now it started with BP . I will cancel my fleetcor cards.
