Casablanca Fan Co. review: CB2010T and CB2004T

I called the toll free number and requested the owner's manual for the two fans whose model numbers are listed above. Each time I called I was assured that the manual would be emailed to me "shortly". On the fourth cal, l a supervisor told me that they could not download and send me the manual because Casablanca was afraid there could be a lawsuit since these are older fans. There was a time when Casablanca made excellent fans and had very good customer service. Neither of those is true anymore. And by the way, if I want to call a service center and pay for a service call, the technician will have access to the information.
