Don't go in there expecting a good price for your car. They will price it worse than a piece of rust bucket after their a day long process of checks. The "best price for your car" slogan in the advertisement is nothing short of a marketing gimmick.
In short, if you are trying find a way to get rid of your car as fast as you can without any fuss. This here is your best bet.

information preferring my nearest location. I tried to get the contact Number by calling their toll free number and to my surprise that told that none of their branches have any contact numbers and it seems we have to wait for their sweet time to respond as per their convenience. Seems that they lack professionalism and not so serious in business. Felt a casual approach ☹️ and also understood that I am wasting my time hanging behind these guys

Very poor experience. I wait for around 3 hours cars24 nearly for get my car inspected and these people are really cheaters they never give you best price for your car. cars24 give you maximum low price what they can.. cars24 not an recommendable place at all...wasting of your time. Never go cars24.com

Cars24.com is Not transparent or don't explain conditions clearly.I sold my car at Cars 24 Kakkanad. They offered me a good price... but Cars24 didn't mention to me that the payment will take 2 days. And Cars24 didn't mention charges would increase from 3k to 5k if the car value was more that 5 lakhs. Cars24 are like any other dealers.. review is zero. i see lot of people complaining about Cars24
