Booked Carnival Cruises for 9/13/2020 (#H80PL4) cruise was cancelled due to COVID.
CitiBank account used to book trip closed 11/2021. On 12/20/21, requested a refund. A CCL representative stated that the refund would take 7- 10 business days. CCL rep stated that the funds would be sent to Citibank then Citibank would return to CCL within 30 days. Both parties reporting that they don't have the funds. This trip was insured.
