Subject: Victimized by Christian Acosta Ground Operations Coordinator at Caribbean Airline

Caribbean Airlines owned by the Trinidad and Tobago Government, does not make a profit presently and has no intentions of doing better as a result of not knowing the meaning of customer service..
The employees are given too much authority as they can be disrespectful to customers without worry from management as no real process is in place for accountability from the company to their ambassadors their employees, let me explain because the employees work as a small shift team they all know each other and because of the fact get their friends and family on board planes by kicking off paid customers from the computer system, if you want to experience the what the worst customer service by a team of people who dislike their job and the customers that pay their salary, you need to experience it every time you try flying from Trinidad to Tobago on Caribbean airlines.
Unfortunately, I had the experience of meeting and being victimized by Christian Acosta Ground Operations Coordinator at Caribbean Airline, in which he gave away my seat and when he was confronted he then proceeded to treated me by saying that he has the power to prevent me from flying if he wants, I am a paying customer with a boarding pass that has no avenue to complain as the company does not care about its customers as there is no other airline to act as competition. I was Victimized and was made to wait from 8:30 P.M. until 1:00 A.M by the hand of Mr. Christian Acosta and his friends because they can do it without thinking, it’s so sad to think that I paid for this abuse because of a lack of competition from other airlines for the route.
Please if you have experienced any kind of Victimization from Caribbean airlines please let it be known as we cannot do anything as one person but we can let the world know by all talking and maybe by the grace of God they will look at teaching their staff customer service and pulling their pants up in terms of operations as this company considers its customers as animals without an option for better service and with this they make people suffer without consideration.
