Capital Magazine Club review: Unauthorized credit card charges

I was offered the Capital Magazine Club. I accepted it and then a week later I decided to cancel it, so I called and cancel it but they are still hitting my account for monthly payments of 19.00. I request that this stop taking money from my bank account. I want them to stop or my bank will do it and request all the payments returned to my bank account.
