My name is Victor Griggs and Stephanie Bowser, and we booked a reservation

#1094395 for the 2022 Capital Jazz Super Cruise that was supposed to have sailed January 14th, 2022 but was cancelled a week before due to the virus. We

were promised a refund 90 days after cancellation, and it is now 10 months later and still no refund. With numerous attempts by email to contact them, we would receive the same response each time they are working on it. They are set to sail the Capital Jazz Super Cruise in January 2023 and we still haven't received our refund of 5,320.00 foe the cancelled 2022. Please help me with this matter. thank you!

I am also one of those who has not received a refund. How any of us are there? I figure I am not alone. Tired of standing by while this fraudulent business continues to book future cruises and book artist. I wonder if the artist know that their fans are being swindled?

I too am waiting on a refund. They stopped answering the phone in August, after promising several times they were working on refund. I have never gotten a response to an email. As of today December 20, 2022. No refund no communication with Capital Jazz. Yet they are preparing to sail on Supercruise 2023 in a couple of weeks. What was once a fantastic vacation has turned into a nightmare.
