Candywriter review: Bitlife bitizenship

I bought two in app purchases on the app and I had to factory reset my phone thus deleting the game. Upon downloading the game again, there is a restore all purchases button but it only restored one. I have written various complaints on the developer website but I have received very little help. I have tried everything I possibly could and I even have an invoice on my play store history. I just want to enjoy the game again so any assistance would be appreciated.
