I brought my Car in for oil channge and to have my headlight replaced on Sat Dec 14th. 10 days later the headlight burnt out so i called to tell them on Dec 24 and they looked up my account and said yes we changed it for you and can you come in on friday Dec 27th at noon.
My husband arrived they didnt even look at the car just said light bulb is fine you need a new socket which is $87. When my husband questioned them as they didnot even inspect the car they said notes were made on the account and the mechannic remembers the car. Nothing was told to me about any electrical issues when it was origianlly done. The appoitnment was for noon and they didnt take the car in till 130 apprently they had to wait for the part (if they knew before hand that this was issue why wasnt it ordered or told to us so it can be ordered) Its now 215 and he goes to pay and its not 87 it is 117.
