Had my camper beginning 3/1/19 got Camper back lat May. Installing new Heater. Customer rep would not return calls. When we finally got him to time frame for completion of work was exaggerated and not calls to inform us of the delays.
Even physically went to store and dealt with the manager who resolved nothing. Customer Rep would tell us one completion date and then tell manager something entirely different. Can't be trusted. Never an apology for the delays.

We were in the market to trade. We have since traded with another dealer and will never use Camping World service again or nor would we recommend any one else use them.

Avoid Camping World Service Department!
