For the last week all the tenants in Camella subdivision in Legazpi are suffering from the unavailability of water and electricity which makes everyone suffer from the hot weather and inability to even take shower. At the rare time when the water came back, the water is too slow and extremely dirty and muddy and the color is yellow. Neither the Camella office nor the property manager in Legazpi took any action to solve the problem as if this matter doesn't concern them. I am screaming for help but no one is paying any attention to the tenants in Camella subdivision in Legazpi. I shall therefore seek your immediate attention to our problem which is really intolerable and made all of us regret we invested in Camella homes in Legazpi.
