Camden Apartments Fallsgrove, Rockville, MD review: Outside deck unusable due to unit above has dog that urinate and defecate’s which comes through the decking directly onto my deck below. 1

I live at Camden Fallsgrove Apartments
721 Fallsgrove Drive, #2023 Rockville MD 20850
The unit directly above my Apartment allows their dog to Urinate and defecate on the deck which comes through the decking slacks directly onto my deck below them.
My property on the deck which includes outdoor chairs table and a total gym fitness equipment and planters, and Bluetooth speaker have all been destroyed by The dogs urine and feces. I have brought this to the attention of the district manager Ms. Goozeman as well as management that is here directly on Fallsgrove property and have been dealing with this for over six months now without any resolve. I have numerous pictures as well as video documenting the destruction and the condition of the deck my deck. I am unable to use my outside space The odor is horrendous and unbearable.
I cannot open my windows on nice days to get outside air due to the odor which is unbearable as I mentioned above. Again my property is damaged and I have been told that I have to claim it on my insurance because they have done nothing to remedy the situation. They have been aware of this situation for several months and I have contacted them on numerous occasions as well as sent them photographs video and they have come to my apartment and viewed the deck and the maintenance has also complained as well as numerous other neighbors. I they have told me that I have to claim this on my renters insurance which is not fair due to the fact that they have known this situation for several months and allowed it to continue without any remedy. I am not able to use my deck space or open my windows in my dining room or living room due to the odor.
I have not been able to use my deck space for six months at the least since the weather has been nice in the spring late winter.
Again the management and District Manager has done nothing to remedy the situation.
