To make matters worse, the therapist suggested that I go on Dr. Phil, which was very strange and misguided. I felt like Calmerry was preying on vulnerable people seeking help.

In response to the rep's comment, I specifically asked the therapist if I could do two sessions back to back to make a full hour twice a month, but was told that wasn't possible. I was also not refunded the full amount, which was disappointing.

Overall, I feel like Calmerry needs to improve their pairing system and be more specific about the needs of their clients. The basic box checking during sign up is not enough. I would not recommend Calmerry to anyone seeking therapy.
