My family dinners with the CPK in Oakbrook, Il. very often. We normally have pretty good customer service but it's slightly going down lately. This past Thursday was enough for us to experience poor customer service and not go back.
We walked in on Thursday May 28th 2026 at 9:30 pm rushing there due to the fact it says CLOSES at 10pm. We stood at the front where they seat for a couple minutes while 2 females looked at us as and turned away not even addressing us. I walked towards one of the females, a blond, and had to say excuse me for her to look at me, I asked if we can get seated and she no, sorry the dining is closed. I said, the sign says you close at 10. Sure said well, the dining room doesn't. It closes earlier. To me that's false advertisement. We rushed to find parking to rush to to the second floor, knowing what we were going to order just to get told, it's closed a half hour early. I use to work at this location CPK ama we would never turn away customers. I'm disappointed in this location and will choose another restaurant in Oakbrook mall with better customer service than heading to cpk again.

Desired outcome: Talk to your staff about customer service especially the blonde working that Thursday night with her attitude.
