Caine & Weiner review: Dishonest collection practices

I was renting a home depot truck which required you to show proof of insurance, at which point I pulled up my PROGRESSIVE app. My car insurance was cancelled, after calling Progressive an agent got on the phone "she said they had made a mistake instead of adding a BMW x6 they cancelled the entire policy". I'm at the ending of purchasing a HOME and there is an alert on my credit, Caine and Weiner. Which plunged my Credit score my 41 points, we are not in the process of hiring an Attorney to go after Progressive and Caine & Weiner. From what I have read, they "Caine & Weiner" just buys they things in bulks without performing any due diligence. They are only concern is making a buck without the consequences of there actions.
