We paid extra for a space themed room (#108) in which the black lights were all broken. The front desk was informed. Maintenance never came. We have a 5 and 2 year old and this room was a surprise for them. They were not impressed.
Fridge was so frozen over that it did not keep our food cold.
This was a family trip. My SIL and her family actually rented 2 rooms. One room the TV did not work at all, the bathroom door was broken and wouldn't latch and the other TV their cable didn't work. We rented a total of 4 rooms within our family and none of us had a great stay. Needless to say, we will never be back to this establishment.
There was a mouse in the heater/AC unit. We listened to it running around and scratching. At one point it got out into the garbage can. We got up about 1am and tried to resolve the issue with no luck. I did not inform the front desk as it was 1am, our kids were sleeping and I heard the front desk clerk tell someone else that they were full for the night.
I did talk to a manager/supervisor named Cory. His response was "gotta catch those little buggers." He was not concerned at all and did not offer anything for our horrible sleepless stay.
I would really appreciate some sort of compensation for this stay.
