Midas - I had a very bad experience. Treated with disrespect.

I have gone to different Midas locations threw many years and never had problems until now.
I picked up my car after my back brakes were replaced. My car was in great condition.
They damaged my bumper badly.
They even called me for an estimate before starting the work and said that they did a quick run around the car and that they noticed a chip in my windshield and something a little loose in the back. No mention of the apparently bad bumper. If it was there they would of told me in order to protect themselves. They would of obviously seen it as they were working on the back of the car.
Bumper was in perfect condition. It had been refurbished as someone ran into my car.
It was returned damaged. The car was rear ended in concrete in the parking lot. Back fence.
The bumper is damaged. It's bent in the middle from the metal post. The imprint is identical.
The bumper is scratched from left to right quite deep and three feet long.
I went back to measure and the height of the damage and the concrete are the same.
The lines (scratches) are up and down. The same way that when a driver back up in something to fast, the propulsion
lifts the car higher a bit and then goes down. That is exactly the line's direction.
I talked to the manager and right away he denied even with proof. I sent the pictures and no reply. He is ignoring the situation.
They are saying that I'm lying when all the evidence is there. They didn't try to discuss, or talk to the employee or show me the camera videos.
There was an incident the day I picked up the car, a woman started yelling at the driver that was backing up her car or someone else.
He was going fast and not straight. Almost had an accident.
Very bad to treat a customer like this and assume that I'm at fault without 19checking the evidence. Accident happens to everybody.
They need to take responsibility for this. Otherwise that is a pure Hit and Run.
