Canadian Tire - Automotive repair service

Hi, my Battery went dead while visiting in Toronto on September 12/23 had to get a boost to start. While driving on the way home to Peterborough decided to get a battery. We went up Markham Road to the Markham Candian tire #0399.I asked the service advisor to check it and he tells me I will have to have a test, ok I said. The Mechanic takes the car in and comes back and tells the service that the battery is too dead to do the test. He replaces the battery and concludes that everything is ok. They charge me .7 to change my battery which is a 10-minute job at the most. I know this because I was a licensed mechanic, I also did not receive a printout of the test results.

The Total charge to replace my battery was $199.99 + $134.99 = $254.98.

THAT IS TOTALLY OUTRAGES TO SAY THE LEAST. By the time I left the store my bill amounted to $442.91. I would like some compensation back please.

Desired outcome: Would like to be compensated for the over charge to replace a battery.

Canadian Tire - automotive

I purchased two continental tires for my car on 11/9/2019, Invoice [protected].From start of purchase to completion was a pleasant experience. However, my problem began today, after taking my car in to the service center for installation of the two tires.Everything on the front wheels were intact and working fine. The technician working on my car broke my TPMS sensor, he claimed it was stuck and it broke. My belief it was carelessly broken, because that part is not rusted or damaged prior to taking my car in.The service center wanted me to pay $150 for installation of a TPMS sensor, which I refused. Also claimed all wheel nuts in front were rounded and changed all for a price of 28.90. This is not the first time I have been gouged by this Service center.I will like my TPMS sensor replaced, because now I have a permanent message check tire pressure, which was not present prior to taking the car in .Awaiting your response .
Regards
Carlos Belmontes
