Hankook Tire

We bought a brand new Honda CV LX 4DR AWD on May 11 2019 it had 26k on it. We recently had to replace all 4 tires of your Hankook Kinergy 235/65 GT 255/65 R17 104H on Nov 11 2020 The back tire were bald and we were told all 4 tires had to be replaced. There were 28276K on these tires. We asked the dealer if these tires were prorated and we were told we had to get in touch with the tire dealer. Is it possible we could get some sort of refund as we are seniors and found this cost for new tires a hardship. We went to Honda Sterling in Hamilton Ontario Canada. My email is [protected]@gmail.com
