Was just in the Brandon MB store on Sunday Oct 27. Wanted to book my winter tire change, ask the guy working the desk. He quickly says "we can only book up to Oct 31". Well that's pretty garbage, I dont have the time to get my car in on that short of notice. I ask him why I cant book further ahead, he turns his head and blatantly ignores me. I try asking again and he starts talking to his co worker about some unrelated issue. At this point I had had enough and walked out. Absolutely pathetic customer service, this employee had no intention of helping me or seemingly anyone for that matter, as I heard him brush off the customer ahead of me too. In the past I have had good experiences in the automotive service department but this time I was shocked at the attitude displayed by this employee.
