Today at 2 pm Nov 14/22 I returned a Mens vest I purchased about a month ago but didn’t check the zipper taking for granted that it worked figuring it passed quality control before sold, I had miss placed my receipt but it still had your tags on it never worn. But the woman at customer service didn’t understand that the zipper didn’t work and should have never been sold, she was very rude to me, I purchase 95 percent of my groceries there, I won’t shop there again, she didn’t give me my full credit, I’m very dissatisfied with superstore. This is the second consecutive week (Oct 22-28) that this item appears in the Canada West flyer at a price of $5.98. There are none available, neither on the first day of the special, nor through the rest of the week. Several times now I have come specifically for this item (I train dogs and these make cheap rewards) and end up without them, but I collect other products here and there to and from my search for weiners. Today, I paid $110, but no weiners.

We drove a ways to shop at your store on
the Langford Parkway here in Victoria, BC. We have never felt so I unsafe in our entire lives! The pandemic is not over! Where were the restrictions? Ignorant customers, totally disrespectful of others, and no suggestions, let alone control, exercised by staff. I think the authorities should shut you down. I assure you it will be a long time until we are back.
