Today I scheduled an appointment with the Healthcare, Military, & First Responder Order Support. I had an ambassador reach out early as I already had the items I wanted to purchase ready to go. As I have done for over a year now, I sent her my husband's ID and all the information needed to complete the order. She then proceeded to calling me a liar, saying the discount all of a sudden doesn't apply to my order, and said that no one in the future will be able to help me. I feel like I have been 100% discriminated against! My experience up to today has been nothing but amazing with every single ambassador, but Dani was unprofessional, completely unhelpful, and down right disrespectful. I want to take my complaint to the highest authority as I feel like I do not deserve this type of customer support.[protected]@lululemon.com is the email address she used to contact me.
Desired outcome: Provide me with the discount as I have been provided in all my past orders
