Tim Hortons

No customers, went up to till to order. I was literally standing in front of her and had to call for her to help me. She was too busy talking on her cellphone, by the look of her face and tone of voice, to her boyfriend. After I got her attention, she just looked up and said "one second". Had to wait for her to hang up her cellphone to serve me and no apology was given to me. This is by far the worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to, there are always issues here and extremely poor customer service from at least half of the staff. So, are they paid to work and serve paying customers or to chit chat with their friends on company time?
