Didn't need Transmission Service based on my Honda Codes 0, 1, 7. Honda CRV at 50,000 km. The Mr. Lube computer said need transmission flush and fill overdue. I have declined service many times before based on Mr. Lube computer. I was reluctant to get the transmission service but attendant said my code 7 was the transmission service needed. I didn't know the codes meaning, trusted the attendant, and got the service.

Returned the next day, a person wearing a manager uniform (don't have file with me) photocopied the the paperwork, admitted the honest mistake, and said refund will be provided. This person also said transmission on a CRV isn't needed until about 97,000 km.

Wes, the manager called me today. No refund because I accepted the service. I said this wrong. I accepted the service based on false information and trust. I trusted the Mr. Lube attendant.
