I received an auto text saying i will receive my order today. But NO delivery arrived NO text or Call from the delivery guy. I saw my status saying Delivery Unsuccessful due to consignee is unavailable WTF!!?? 😠 I didn't even left my house for the whole day Since i was waiting for my order. Ive read many complaints similar to mine. Is the company even fixing the problem? Does this company even care about their image. Im guessing they dont!
Kahit kailan mabagal ang delivery ng xpost integrated minsan no choice lang tlaga kasi sila ang courrier ng supplier if I had other choice I rather choose ninja van. May 25 forwarded to cavite till now may may 27 hindi pa din na dedeliver.. Mas mabilis pa ang order overseas.. Sana tanggalin na sa shoppee ang xpost intergrated sa kanila din ako nakaencounter na cancel order ang reason wala daw mag receive they dont even attempt to deliver my parcel and I never leave our house just to make sure I will receive personally my order
No messages recieved for delivery kasi pagkacheck ko ng tracking no. Is april 29, 2019 - recieved at tuguegarao hub, how come 6 days na since dumating sa tuguegarao hindi pa naman naiaabot sa akin where in yung address ko is very easy to find kasi nga office address ang gamit ko at im sure lahat ng nakatira dto alam kung nasaan ang city hall. Gagamitin pa mandin ang mga yun next week pag wala pa hanggang bukas magsasadya na ako sa office. Mas maganda pa yung ibang courier kasi dinadala talaga nila kahit busy ka at di nasagot sa tawag nila.👿👿👿
Di ko alam kung lalo ba akong maiinis sa nababasa kong comments o marerelieve kasi di lang naman pala sakin nangyari to? Nakakainis na. Dalawang beses na to nangyari sa order ko sa shopee. So i've been waiting for my package for a week now, actually it's not the Online Shop's fault. It's the courier's, they tagged my package as "Return to Seller" and there's no attempt of delivery. It is so inconvenient for me since that package contains skin care products. And now that I have consumed my last stock, i had to buy a temporary one (different from what i ordered) and now i'm starting to have breakouts. You know guys how frustrating it is to have breakouts, specially when you double spent already. Xpost Integrated, never again.
Niremind na ako ng shoppee na darating ngayon ang item na inorder ko. Buong araw lang ako nasa bahay naghihintay. At around 5, I checked my order at shoppee nakalista akong consignee not available. Ayoko talagang ginagamit o pinipili ang xpost integrated sa pag bili ko ng products sa Shopee, kasi unang una ang tatamad ng mga deliver man nila maghanap ng address/bahay, kahit specific na yung nilagay mo sa address description. Magtataka ka bakit ang tagal ng delivery ng orders mo tapos pag trinack mo yung order mo sa xpost integrated website, nakalagay na dun, cannot find address, or no consignee daw pero sa totoo lang wala pa namang dumadating. I got a notification on Shopee that my parcel was already delivered and was claimed by someone named Tata. Yet i did not received a call or text from the delivery man today but the status was changed already as delivered. Please resolve this since i waited for like a week for this parcel only to find out it was claimed by another person. It's alarming how your delivery men just handed these parcels to any person that wasn't in the consignees name.
The courier, txted me that they will deliver my parcel and call once they reach my area. However, no one called and came to deliver my parcel. By the time I checked the tracking number and it says. The xpost was posted at my logistics tracking about my parcel 07/05/2018 they said that my parcel was transit on bago and 07/06/2018 tbey said that I was expect a delivery today but until now theres no item that i was have in my hand. I have 2 item but its the same problem and it is said in the same day of delivery. But what the [censored] that until now.
