Weedman reviews and complaints

Their group came through our community last night, without a permit for solicitation. I answered my door, and after nicely saying no thank you and please don't leave anything here, I was met with a nasty response. I closed my door (unknown to me, my dog had gotten out), and the kid told me he will be taking my dog (WHAT?). I opened my door again, walked up to him and told him to get off my property. Well, he refused. He turned to me and said "You don't intimidate me". Being that I'm 37 and disabled, it's a pretty crappy thing to say to someone. Bullies like that are the ones who hurt puppies during childhood and beat their wives.

Anyway, he proceeds to dial 911 and claim that I hit him... Really? really...? So I call 911, and explain there's a guy outside who won't leave my house. At this point, an older gentleman neighbor takes pity and comes over, also telling the guy to leave. So this kid steps off the driveway into the street, and I await the police inside. The guy sits there until they arrive. Well, he didn't expect this result.

Turns out they had NO permit for solicitation, I had a witness that I did not touch him, and that he was trespassing. I didn't even bother to ask if he was ticketed, I was so upset. What kind of piece of crap goes around accusing people of things they didn't do, just because you don't like that they told you to leave? I pay a mortgage for a reason. If I don't want you here, you don't get to stay and bully me!

I put in a call to the owner, Lonnie, today - 1/27/12. Awaiting a call back. Considering suing this kid for trespassing, harassment and punitive damages for accusing me of assault. Or, suing the company he represents. HORRIBLE behavior!

WeedMan has called me this summer that I should pay them for the lawn care services that they had provided in my previous home address when I used to rent last year! I have never ordered any products from them or signed any contract with them. Even I was not aware of the existence of such company until they called me this summer! Amusing enough that I did not even receive any bills when I lived in the previous rental house!They are such rude that now, after several phone calls, they have threatened me to contact a collection agency!How do you reckon I should get rid of this scam company?!
