DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! They killed the all the grass on the South side of our house by over fertilizing it. I called and the sent out a manager to take a look at it. He claimed the ground was compacted and it was a lack of aerated, what crap. They did not take any ownership for killing it. I did not seem to have problem anywhere else in the yard. So, I checked our Ring camara they had a trainee working I could see he made two passes with the fertilizer. Burned the grass right up killing it within weeks. I told the manager I did not agree with his assessment and I told him that. He really did not care he said I’m sorry. I received a call from their escalation manger was promised a refund, it’s been weeks NO refund and I still have a dead yard. I have ring camara
and footage that shows the whole thing green grass before treatment dead grass after. I canceled my service. They applied fertilizer then twelve days later sprayed chemicals to kill weeds...too much to soon?

Desired outcome: Refund my money as promised by DAWN your escalations manager and replant the south side of my yard that YOU killed!
