Transquared Inc. reviews and complaints

On February 10 2016 I went to set up my Magic Jack via the computer. As the directions say. We purchased it at Best Buy. On the box it says one year free. So I get help registering my Magic Jack. They tell me it will be 139.00 for 5 years. So I'm like this is more than I wanted to spend right now but they said I must. So they "Transquared" say they are a branch of Magic Jack that does the billing . They take the money from my bank and now Magic Jack is telling me I must pay now because the free year is up soon. I told them I paid for 5 years and I have a confirmation ID # MJ [protected]. They say "no they do not show that I have paid anything ever". I was given a phone # for Transquared it is [protected]. So obviously to me now I was tricked. I believe this Transquared has been hacking me and Magic Jack since this incident.

they charged me $ 111.00 for 6 years of magicjack I called the number an it was a mail box [protected], so I called magicjack an they said I only payed for a year so I am conserned that these people my work for the magicjack company. I have it under investigation with my credit card.so that means they did pay my magicjack for a year first then charged me again for the so called 6 years.
