I agree completely with Mr. Skehan, Streamtel is completely void of any business professionalism in responding to their customers needs or problems with the products they sell. I too have purchased their IMUXER multiplexer and have had no success in Streamtel responding with support to remedy the situation. The Streamtel IMUXER product was purchased from a Canadian company AdvancedDigital and they too have been quiet remiss in actively trying to get Streamtel to respond to the problems. Very fustrating, Very disappointing, A Very Costly Experience...

Not knowing we are a group, He called another of our sisters company few weeks ago saying that now he is the manager of VTE ( www.vtesrl.it )

We placed an order in Jan. We were promised that it will take no more than 4 weeks to deliver. Feb passed, March passed and now we are in April. I sent emails and no replies.
I started to feel its a fraud company. I hope not.

All comments coming from Ron99 or under other names like Raymond etc. are posted by Luca /removed/, Streamtel's president.
He is writing everywhere that I - Lucio /removed/- was the global manager of STREAMTEL, but this is a total lie.
He is only trying to offload his responsibilities and the responsibilities of his wife and partner /name removed/, and pin the blame on me or on someone else that is no more part of the company. Inside Streamtel only these two people had and still have the power to take any strategic and administrative decision.
Now they are telling that me and Luca Galli, who also quitted Streamtel some months ago, were the brains, and they are using this strategy only because we are no more in the Company and it is very easy to say that people that is no more there is guilty for every problem happened in the past.
Mainly when you read in the comments that Streamtel is a good company and customers are satisfied, this means that this comment has been written by them.
Don't believe in any positive comment !
There are so many legal actions against them, from cheated customers, that they have now planned to run away from Italy and go to Switzerland, opening a new Company under a different name, but with the same product line, so trying to renew their frauds.

Streamtel is chock full of thieves. Whoever wrote the positive comments about them probably works there, or his name is ZANETTI!

I have warned them that if they EVER show up at an industry trade show again, I'll be there to tell everyone how dishonest they are. They won't stand a chance.

actually we've sued Streamtel for their crappy products, non-existant hardware (promised as already on the market) and non-existent warranty support.

I sugges you take it to court.

we pay 3600 EUROS in Aug for modulator, the sales is Monica 106. Until Dec 2008. We are still not get the goods. We call and call, nothing work

We placed an order of 4000euro since nov 2008 till now no call, email have been sent. That company is a fraud and criminal company. We cant even get any law enforcement to investigate. This is from Lagos, Nigeria.

At the pricing they are charging, it is amazing they are still in business. The old saying still holds. If it is too good to be true, it probably is.

We also bought a multiplexer from them, around 6000 usd. The equipment took 3 months to arrive after dozens of calls to luca and monica (they dont even deserve capital letters). The equipment was a joke, it could not do anything ! You could access it via browser but after that, nothing... I strongly believe that this is a fraud company... I hope the italian justice system does something about it.

FRAUD, SLEEZY, CROOK

My name is Lucio Mangiarotti and I've been the Sales Director of Streamtel for a short time. I lquit this job almost one year ago because I fully disagreed their methods of doing busines in fraudulent way.
I was taking care of the sales only, not of all actions and over all not of the administration and the money management. /name removed/ (Company owner) was taking care of it.
I had a lot of discussions with /name removed/ and /name removed/ (Streamtel's owners), about their unreasonable claim of making sales and receive money in advance, knowing that they were not able to deliver and probably also not having the willing of doing it, but collecting money for them only.
For these reason I quitted Streamtel and I have now taken a legal action against them because they damaged my long reputation of serious and honest businessman for about 30 years, and they also owe me a lot of money that is due, but they are not paying to me and to all ex-workers that have given their resignation to Streamtel during the last two years.
So, beware of Streamtel.
Furthermore I am not actually working for Italiana Ponti Radio. I was working there for many years, but before joining Streamtel.
Actually I have nothing to do with them and /removed/ too.

I am glad just found out the status of Streamtel. We were about to make a purchase of $34, 000 and I am glad not to do so.

I got same problem. 2 years ago sent 12, 000 euros to streamtel. They sent some thing not adjusted to specifications I bought, but I tried to check any way. Unfortunately I coudn't check, because many parts of device doesn't work, like LAN ports. I complaint to streamtel, then they sked me to return back equipment to be repair, I did. one month time I asked about reparation of my equipments, answer was promises about new software, some electronic parts comming from his supplyer, etc...
Well, this answer every month, new promisses continuously till 2 years. I just asked about refund money, and still waiting.

Streamtel compane, i'm sure cheating company, fraud company. When requirement their product, question about their product, they call me and call me for order soon. But when we paid, they will not ship product. Luca (Streamtel106) as fraud person!

It is a cheating company, we are sure. We ordered (and payed) a stramtel product at the beginning of the 2009 but now, its September 2009, we have not received anything. In the last months, we have spoken with several streamtel representative (especially with Stremtel106 & 108) without any tangible result. We will place the matter in the hands of a lawyer, with the consequent legal expenses being recharged to streamtel. I strongly advise you to keep far from this company.

This company has been giving us problems ever since we ordered, whilst we now have some of the pieces they don't work correctly, as for reasons given for non delivery, excuses have ranged from it's a supplier problem, to 'your courier' forgot to collect all the boxes.
