given richmonds in a regal kingsize pack
2 weeks ago i bought 10 regal filter and when i opened the pack there was only 8 cigeretes in the pack! yesterday when i bought 10 regal kingsize i opened the box to discover that it was filled with 10 richmond cigeretes! is there any direct way i can make a complaint to regal as i cannot find any website directly to regal. the price of cigeretes are way to high to be spending money on packs with less cigertes and packs with another product than what i have paid for.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

hi there just a small complaint, never complained in my life before and was shocked to say the least when i took my ciigarettes back to the shop for an exchange, when i was told it was maybe me that rubbed the printed markings off each individual ciggarette, then they said it was a manufactures fault.
i have never been to this shop before and il never EVER go back there again, there was melted sweets and other out of date sweets on SALE at the the counter witch made me think, what else was out of date or FAKE in this shop, the assistant was very nasty indeed and basicaly i was disgusted by the whole matter.
