Farm Bureau Home Insurance Sorry people that never call new client

Called Caleb Grant Roswell NM [protected] on Thursday Oct 2021 and waited till Tuesday Oct 12 2021 and still never got a call. I bought a house already insured by your company and had hope that it would be a swift new contract, but that office is too sorry to return my call. Hope they all go belly up. Hoped this and/or its employ's gave a damn about new customers. What a joke!

Desired outcome: NEEDED INS BUT THEY ARE TO SORRY TO CALL

I bought my house in 2010. I had my home inspection and my insurance company did their inspection. Now my floors are falling in and my walls are cracking!! I put in a claim with my insurance company. they sent somebody out here. Then I get a letter from them saying they won't pay because it was pre-existing!! Well, I didn't know what was happening, my inspection didn't show anything. So now what do I do??

Farm Bureau Home Insurance Policy canceled after claim

I have been a customer with GFB since 1999, I had one claim for 400 when my well got hit by lightning back in 2004. We had a bad storm in April of this year. The storm tore half the shingles off my roof, causing my roof to leak. I called Georgia Farm Bureau they said it would be 2-3 weeks before they could come look at it, to do what I could to keep it from leaking until then. I went to Lowes and had to buy 3-4 tarps to cover my roof to keep it from leaking. Georgia Farm Bureau finally sent someone out and said they would pay for the roof to be repaired. I figured 5-6k to replace the roof since the rest of the shingles would need to be removed and new laid and all the works. I got a check 3-4 weeks later for 3, 900 and then 2 weeks later got a letter letting me know that Georgia Farm Bureau would be sending someone out to do a random inspection to make sure I had the right coverage on my home. The man showed up about a month later took pictures, last week I received a letter last week telling me that Georgia Farm Bureau would be canceling my insurance next month since my dwelling was not in good enough shape... Georgia Farm Bureau never had a problem with my home before the claim, since I moved into the house I have replaced the septic tank, the ac/heat unit and now the roof. I am told that it is not worth insuring now. I bought the house from someone in the family who had it with Georgia Farm Bureau for almost 15 years before me and they never had a problem with it. It is in better shape now then it was 15 years ago, kinda funny how after a claim it is not worth insuring. I would not recommend Georgia Farm Bureau to anyone since after doing some searching I see this is a common practice for them.
