Yes they are! 100% of those who claim to sell such things like fake passports and ID s online through websites are scammers.. I know in europe there are just 2/3 real vendors and be sure they do not have websites))

Go for the russian one and you get for sure your order but opt for an anonymous transaction because there are always risks, even if you meet in real send someone else at your place if you can!
If you based in US there is also another vendor as far as I remember the old thread here..

I have been waiting for morw than half year, last time he contact me was June 8th. and until now i didn't hear back anything from Igor. I placed my order since February. and i know the virus situation bad so I understand but I am still waiting and sent many emails to him but don't know why he just ignored my emails. I did receive mine few years ago but a fake one, as well as from Kasbar, but this last one seems he doesn’t work anymore.

I am in this border since 2013 and inside an ocean of scammers I found only 2 legit vendors and one of them is igor. I don’t know anything about the new-ids.com site but Igor does not have any website and he always deliver the orders, he also accept to meet face to face and pay by cash.
