I share the poor-quality meat/beef review that was written previously. Except for the filet mignon and the ground beef/lamb, all the red meat that I ordered was tough with excessive waste on each cut. Ribeye; sirloin cap; sirloin; porterhouse, etc...Anything cooked was politely tossed into the garbage. For the remaining red meats, I used all for pot roast and this was, of course, fine. That said, this service is WAY too expensive for pot roast. Thus, buyer beware. I also tried the fish and it was all like rubber. Again, politely tossed in the garbage.

Here is the practical take: cancel your subscription before the next shipment. Call them and request a refund for your last box, citing the consistent waste and tough cuts. If they refuse, dispute the charge with your credit card for "goods not as described."
For the future, consider a local butcher instead. You can buy exactly what you need, see the cuts before you pay, and often get better quality for the same price.
