ButcherBox review: Poor quality beef ii

I share the poor-quality meat/beef review that was written previously. Except for the filet mignon and the ground beef/lamb, all the red meat that I ordered was tough with excessive waste on each cut. Ribeye; sirloin cap; sirloin; porterhouse, etc...Anything cooked was politely tossed into the garbage. For the remaining red meats, I used all for pot roast and this was, of course, fine. That said, this service is WAY too expensive for pot roast. Thus, buyer beware. I also tried the fish and it was all like rubber. Again, politely tossed in the garbage.
