I have been frauded as well. Offered a 1 dollar car report. Sent me a simple report and charged me $29.98 and another for $8.98. I called 8 times today and got hung up on. I chatted with online help and they acted like they weren't too concerned about it and said refund depended on situation. I am disputing it with bank and canceled my card. Definitely a scam beware
