Burlington North Myrtle Beach South Carolina 29582 review: We're making this complaint on service including insults

On January 6, 2023 we went to a burlington store located in north myrtle beach south carolina 29582 we made 2 different purchases totaling over$300.00 we went back on the 7 to exchange the size of a shoes to different size on the 14 we went back with 2 pair of trousers we have purchase on the 6 however the manager there look at the receipt that the 2 pair of pants were purchase on then told us she had not seen the pants on the receipt she told us it must be on the other receipt. However the manager was very rude she pointed out to me that she believe the both pants are on the other receipt even when we pointed out to her that it's not possible. I got very upset then walk out the store. Am asking kindly if I could get a copy of both receipt so we can take it to her to prove we are not liars. And I do hope we were not racially profile by that manager at that store. If needs be you can also look at your cameras for the 6 and the 14, furthermore if we were dishonest we could have walked out with the instore credit that the cashier offer us even the manager too but we didn't, again if we were dishonest we could have took the refund in cash another cashier gave us but we didnt.
