Burke Incorporated review: Survey asking personal health information

A woman called claiming to be from Burke Incorporated and said she was conducting a survey and connected it with my medical insurance company. She asked for my address and date of birth. Her only survey question was "Have you had any mental health treatment in the past 90 days? This would include counseling, therapy, or medication management from a psychiatrist. I told her no and she seemed taken aback. Then she hung up.
