Mobile app was not working, so I was not able to use my about $3 off coupon on my order. So I went into the establishment and the manager said she couldn't to take $3off. I find that very unprofessional especially towards a customer that's been going there for over 12 years . I have two pictures that show what was wrong with the app, and I showed her as well. But, yet, she refused to takeoff the money.
