Burger King review: I was fired under false pretenses

My manager Sam called me and fired me because another team member said I was talking about inappropriate stuff to other staff members when all the other members were talking about sex and drugs and smoking vape in the back of the kitchen. I feel like I was lied on by other team members because im gay and I either want my job back or I'm taking legal action.
