I have being a customer of Disney+ since 04/25/2022. Three months after I subscribed to their plan, I lost access to my account, it all seems the account was hacked. When I contacted customer service, they just told me to create a new account with another email. Sometime down the line same thing happened and the names on the profiles were even changed for some random names that wasn't my husband, myself or my toddler who obviously has no access to the account. When I contacted customer service, the only solution they had was to change the email in the account again. Not the end it continue to happened, so my husband and I decided to get the bundle maybe this way it will be different. I have the plan for $79.20 a month, which included live TV. Until this day I have not being able to access to my Disney+ account. It's ridiculous I have spoken to multiple representatives and all they know how to say it's change the email. Which it shouldn't because the same log in from HULU should be for Disney+ and ESPN. Last representative I spoke to was helping me for 2 hours, he told me didn't understand why the were telling me to change the email and also didn't have an explanation of why this was happening. He gave me Disney+ for free for a month and now I'm back with the same issue. This is frustrating. If Someone from Disney+ or Hulu could get back to me with an actual solution, I will really appreciate it.

Desired outcome: I would like to solve this issue for the long term.
