Buffalo Wild Wings

My husband and I ate at this restaurant recently and the service was terrible. We got seated quickly and someone came to the table quickly, but she said I will go ahead and take your drink orders but I probably won't be your waitress because I've been here since this morning and want to go home. So she took our drink orders brought them back and said has anyone come to your table yet? We said no, and she rolled her eyes and said I will take your order but I am definitely leaving after this. She took our order then a young girl came to the table, and said her name and that she would be taking care of us. Okay, so then the older waitress came back said she was passing us off and she was going home. Okay, we just wanted our food. So, one hour later our food came. We both got naked tenders and onion rings. The chicken was ice cold, not even lukewarm. Ice cold, so after we choked our food down, we paid and left, and by the way, the waitress that said she was leaving one and a half hour earlier was still there. Unbelievable. How this place stays open I don't know, but we will never eat there again.
