Don’t ever buy a dog from these dishonest people. I got the puppy on January 13. The puppy was smelling bad so I took him to groomer that same day. They told me the reason he smells is because he has ear infection in both ears. So I took him to vet the next day. They confirmed the ear infection.

I also told them to run all kinds of tests to make sure he is healthy everywhere else. His tests came back and he was positive for round worms and giardia. I spent about 640 dollar so far for the visits, tests and meds. I contacted Betty who is the seller. She told me very carelessly “Oh I’m sorry I thought the puppy was healthy.” What does she mean by saying she thought? This shows that the puppy wasn’t even checked by vet even tho there was a paper that said he did on January 11. After he finished the meds I took him to vet again to retest. The tests still came back positive for Giardia so Dr. prescribed another set of medication. I contacted Betty again and sent her all the paperwork from the Dr visit and all the receipts. She ignored completely. I told her that I’m going to complain. When I went to the webside and tried to report her, it said that my access is denied. I was shocked. I’m very frustrated because I bought this puppy for my son as Christmas gift and we haven’t had chance to enjoy this amazing pup yet and it’s so sad. He has been on meds since the day we brought him home. Please DON’T buy from BETTY never ever!
