Brisk review: Iced tea lemon

I bought a case of the Brisk Iced Tea Lemon Flavor today and the expiration on the bottle is October 3rd 2022.

I started drinking the tea and stopped when I seen black flaky piece floating at the bottom of my bottle. It looks like mold, has any one else heard of this before?

I googled around and there were multiple who has had this problem before. If this is mold Brisk needs to do better
