Brinks Trucks review: Driving thru restricted neighborhood area, Alhambra, California

Today is the SECOND time that a Brinks truck is driving in a truck weight prohibited area (3,000 lb weight restriction). There are no businesses on Poplar Blvd. in between Fremont Avenue and Huntington Drive. Approximately 20 minutes ago, Brinks truck was heading west on Poplar Blvd. in Alhambra. Fremont and Huntington Drive have posted signs at both ends when turning onto Poplar from these locations. This is the second time within several days of this occurring. I have reported this violation to the Alhambra Police Department. Please follow up on this matter.
