We went to fido.com to book a vacation to vermont in September. Little did we know that bookings.com would do all the reservations. We called the inn about their dog policies and found out that bookings.com had canceled our reservations without contacting us. We would have went to the inn not knowing our reservations were canceled. We called bookings.com and they had no explanation, nor could we speak to anyone of authority. They stated it was above their abilities and there were irregularities but would not explain what they were due to security concerns. What a terrible customer service experience. I spoke to fido.com and wondered why the trip was routed to bookings.com and they could not give me a reasonable reason why. They routinely have other companies do their bookings but there are no disclaimers to make the customer aware. Really poor customer service from both companies. Buyer beware
